Jointly organized by the Italian Art Exchange Association and Sheng Xinyu Art, with the generous support of Pieve di Cadore Municipal Hall in Italy, and the Study Centre Titian and Cadore Foundation (Italy), the "Titian International Portrait Painting & Sculpture Competition" (hereinafter referred to as the "Titian Competition") has received widespread attention and enthusiastic support from artists, students and faculty of art academies, and art enthusiasts around the world since its starting in 2023.

According to statistics from the competition organizers, artists, students and faculty of art academies, and art enthusiasts from nearly thirty countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland (Northern Ireland), Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Australia, Turkey, Cyprus, Russia, Lithuania, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, South Africa, Ecuador, Japan, Pakistan, Seychelles, the United Arab Emirates, China, and others have submitted entries.

After rigorous evaluation by the competition jury, the list of entries selected for the preliminary round has been finalized. According to the competition rules, the entries selected for the preliminary round will be eligible to participate in the exhibition to be held at the "Forte di Monte Ricco" in  Pieve di Cadore, the town of Titian's former residence, in May 2024, and will also participate in the final award evaluation.
