The "Second International Watercolor Festival Per le Venezie" is a global watercolor art event jointly initiated and hosted by Associazione Culturale per gli Scambi Artistici and Shengxinyu Art, with the patronage of the Treviso City Hall in Italy and the support of Shanghai International Culture and Art Exchange Association. The event also received generous support in China from the renowned art brand "Rubens" art supplies.

Since the global call for submissions for the festival began, it has garnered widespread response and enthusiastic support from artists, art enthusiasts, and students and faculty from art institutions around the world. The organizing committee received submissions from nearly twenty countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and China. After two rounds of rigorous evaluation by more than ten international judges from Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and China, the results have now been announced as follows:
