Bai Yuping， is a well-known oil painter born in Manchu in1960. He graduated from the Central University for Nationalities in 1988 and graduated from the first high-level oil painting class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2014, the director of the oil painting studio of the Beijing Academy of Painting, he is a researcher at the China National Academy of Painting, and a member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Oil Painting Society.
