Born in 1965 in Yueyang, Hunan. Member of the Chinese Artists Association, top domestic watercolor painter. Huang Youwei is the lecturer of watercolor course, tutor of advanced calligraphy and painting class at Tsinghua University, tutor of watercolor creation room of China Central Radio and Television Station’s School of Calligraphy and Painting, and visiting professor of Hunan Xiangnan College.
