平龙 中国美术家协会会员、上海市美术家协会常务理事、上海市美协水彩粉画艺委会主任、上海中外文化艺术交流协会副会长（兼水彩画专业委员会会长）、上海工程技术大学艺术设计学院硕士生导师。

主要获奖有：1990年中国水彩画大展（二等奖）、1992年第一届全国水彩、粉画展（佳作奖）、1994年上海教师艺术节绘画作品展（一等奖）、1995年“我爱上海”美术作品展（佳作奖）、1999年第九届全国美展（铜奖）、2000年第五届全国水彩、粉画展（铜奖）、2002年第六届全国水彩、粉画展(银奖)、2003年全国水彩写生精品展(金奖)、2013年第七届上海美术作品大展（优秀作品奖）。2018“画说上海”主题活动绘画作品一等奖。

Member of Pinglong Chinese Artists Association, Executive Director of Shanghai Artists Association, Director of Watercolor Art Committee of Shanghai Artists Association, Vice President of Shanghai Chinese and Foreign Cultural and Art Exchange Association (and Chairman of Watercolor Professional Committee), Shanghai University of Engineering Technology Master tutor of the School of Art and Design.

The main awards include: 1990 China Watercolor Painting Exhibition (Second Prize), 1992 First National Watercolor and Pastel Painting Exhibition (Excellent Work Award), 1994 Shanghai Teacher Art Festival Painting Exhibition (First Prize), 1995 "I Love Shanghai" Art Exhibition (Excellent Work Award), the Ninth National Art Exhibition in 1999 (Bronze Award), the Fifth National Watercolor and Pastel Painting Exhibition in 2000 (Bronze Award), the Sixth National Watercolor and Pastel Painting Exhibition in 2002 (Silver Award) Award), 2003 National Watercolor Sketch Exhibition (Gold Award), 2013 Seventh Shanghai Art Exhibition (Excellent Works Award). The first prize of painting works in the theme activity of "Painting Shanghai" in 2018.
